Family Education Program

Every Thursday
6:30 – 8:00 PM
563 Southlake Blvd.

A collaborative effort dedicated to providing quality education
and support to families of people struggling with substances in our community.

You are not alone.

There is hope. The waves of pain that hit the families of substance users can be crushing and all
encompassing.  Arm yourself with the education, support and resources to cope with a loved one’s substance use disorder and start to move towards solutions.

Why Should You Join the Program?

We are a group of family members and loved ones of people with substance use disorders
We meet each week to learn about addiction and find resources
With our group you can receive help, guidance and support
We host events with local and national professionals in the field
Joining the group is free and open to anyone impacted by addiction

Topics include:

What is addiction?
How do genes, environment, and addiction interact?
Is addiction a brain disease?
What are treatment options?
What research says about addiction
What does family recovery look like?
What resources are available for families?
